The room on the 10th floor offered an incredible view of Freedom Plaza and the Washington Monument, truly spectacular. Staff members were exceptionally courteous, with our room cleaned thoroughly every day and special touches like turndown service with chocolates. A delightful pizza from the on-site restaurant made for a nice meal. However, the resort fee was a bit unexpected, and it could be challenging to find parking nearby without added fees.

Had a bit of trouble with the noise, especially in the mornings. not exactly what you'd want to wake up to when you're on vacation. The bathroom design, with that frosted glass door, wasn't great for privacy, and water pressure in the shower could've been stronger. Plus, I found the app they pushed for room service to be frustratingly unreliable, and it took ages to get anything sorted out over the phone. A nice touch would be better soundproofing between rooms.

I had a great stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious for my group. Housekeeping was excellent, accommodating all my requests, and the gym was large and well-equipped.

Recommend it for families with children

The staff was really helpful, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The bar’s cocktail menu was surprisingly good, made our evenings nice after a long day.

It wasn’t cheap, but considering the location and service, I guess it’s acceptable.

Our king room was comfy, had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice private bathroom with free toiletries. We enjoyed the fitness center too. The location is super close to the White House and museums, which made exploring easy. Plus, the elevator system was cool. you just input your floor, and it tells you which elevator to take.

The rooms were very nice, and the staff were outstanding. I appreciated the elevator system that guided me to my floor. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations due to the quality of the food.

The breakfast items were not fresh and upset my stomach.

The view? Let's just say I could have used a telescope. And waiting for my room to be ready made me feel like I was living in a suspense thriller!

I stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the National Mall and the museums nearby. The location was perfect, and I really appreciated the spacious King Room that was well-kept and comfortable. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement as the quality was lacking, impacting my mornings a bit. Overall, despite the dining experience, I enjoyed my stay and the convenience of the hotel’s proximity to major attractions.

great location but disappointing service

The location is fantastic, right next to the White House, which made sightseeing easy. The bed was very comfy, ensuring good rest after long days out.

The service did not meet my expectations for a hotel at this price range.

The hotel's location is outstanding, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially a gentleman at the bar who went out of his way to find us a seat. The room was well-maintained with comfortable bedding. However, I found the limited dining options a bit disappointing.

Had a wonderful stay at Jw Marriott Washington, Dc! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all the major attractions like the Smithsonian and White House, all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was clean with lovely amenities.
